About our menu
As most of Japan’s best sushi restaurants, Sushi Tsubaki offers its clientele a menu based on the Omakase concept. Similar to western tasting menus, Omakase means a fixed rate for receiving what our chef considers to be season’s freshest and tastiest dishes, arranged in the perfect order and presentation, each dish amplifying and counterpointing the previous one to round up a unique gastronomical experience. Please let our staff know of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance so we can tailor the offering to your needs.

Dinner:
